Jack Brumbaugh’s art moves when you look, reminiscent of Monet. Each one is a Masterpiece. “These are oil pastel drawings on stretched canvas or on board. My choice of materials allows me the flexibility of painting but with the tactile nature of drawing. I typically varnish the finished drawings and show them without matting or glass.
